The Lockhaven Home is an 1100 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and two bathrooms house fix and flip property. The renovation included the addition of a master suite and bath with a private deck. New open plan design with new updated kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The home was renovated in three months and sold shortly after. Modern Dwellings manage the design and project managed the entire project.
The Willow Bend kitchen renovation included the addition of a new island installed. The granite countertop with the white kitchen cabinets added a neutral backdrop for the hexagon mosaic backsplash design. The light fixture above the island added additional lighting to the kitchen. The powder room renovation included the addition of a wood countertop with surface mounted sink and a three-dimensional textured floor to ceiling tile.
The Shiloh Church project included the renovation of the primary classroom/ conference room. The inspiration for the classroom was Noah's Ark. Children from ages 9-12 used the room for Sabbath school lessons and it is also used for regular meetings for planning church activities by other members. The ombre blue wall emotes a soothing feeling of the water and the textures of the wood paneling wall emote the feeling of safety on the boat. The versatile design concept allows for the room to remain children-friendly and adult-friendly.
The renovation project also included female and male restrooms. The female restroom was a complete overhaul with new floor and wall tile, new bathroom stalls, new granite vanity. The female restroom colors are warm and timeless with warm cherry wood for the restroom stalls, the vanity granite complements the teardrop glass mosaic backsplash. The male restroom colors are cooler and darker. The stainless steel backsplash was paired with a darker granite vanity with stainless steel sinks.
